V-blender

Our facility is equipped with 2 Cu. ft. V-blenders to support small scale production and ensure linear scale-up to production scale 20 Cu.ft V-blender.

Our facility features R&D scale Minpress to support small to mid range developmental trials before scaling-up to commericla scale manufacturing process.

Granulator (R&D Scale)

Our R&D Scale Granulator is designed to support formulation development and process optimization in early-stage pharmaceutical research. This compact, high-performance unit enables precise granulation of powder blends into uniform granules, which enhances flowability, compressibility, and content uniformity for tablet manufacturing.

Ideal for small-batch trials, it replicates production-scale processes, ensuring a seamless scale-up to cGMP manufacturing. Equipped with 5L bowls, variable speed controls, and advanced safety features, the granulator allows our scientists to fine-tune formulations with consistency and reproducibility. The R&D granulator plays a critical role in bridging the gap between formulation development and commercial production.

Overhead Stirrer

Our Overhead Stirrer is a high-precision mixing device designed for uniform agitation of liquids, semi-solids, and viscous pharmaceutical formulations. It plays a vital role in R&D development, pilot-scale batch processing, and formulation trials under cGMP environments.

The stirrer is equipped with variable speed control and torque feedback, allowing accurate mixing profiles across a wide range of viscosities. Its digital interface enables users to program and monitor speed, time, and direction, supporting reproducibility and scalability of formulations.

Constructed with chemically resistant materials and a corrosion-proof motor housing, the equipment meets stringent hygiene and safety standards. Interchangeable stirring tools (e.g., propellers, paddles) provide flexibility for different applications such as emulsions, suspensions, and solutions.

This system ensures homogeneity, minimizes air entrapment, and enhances product consistency. Integrated overload protection and stable shaft alignment ensure long-term operational safety and efficiency.

Validated for use in regulated environments, our Overhead Stirrer is a core component in the formulation workflow at our Texas-based pharmaceutical facility.

200 L Jacketed Vessels

Our 200 L Jacketed Vessels are essential for batch processing under controlled temperature conditions. Designed for use in R&D and cGMP manufacturing, they support mixing, heating, and cooling of pharmaceutical liquids while maintaining process integrity and uniformity.

The Mechanical Shaker facilitates consistent agitation of lab samples and reagents. With adjustable speed and orbital motion, it ensures uniform mixing for sample prep, dissolution, and compound testing.

Our Polarimeter accurately measures the optical rotation of chiral substances, supporting raw material verification and final product analysis. It plays a crucial role in quality control and research of enantiomerically pure compounds.

All equipment is maintained per cGMP and validated to meet pharmaceutical regulatory standards in our Texas-based facility.
